Marsh McLennan Agency seeks an Account Manager, Personal Lines Insurance to grow and manage private client accounts, meeting monthly and annual production goals. You will mentor associates and serve as an advisor to clients, leveraging market knowledge and strong carrier relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Personal Lines, a P&C license or ability to obtain within 90 days, and strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, with legal work authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in Personal Lines insurance
• P&C Insurance License or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills
• Legal work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsabilités

• Grow and manage private client accounts to meet production goals
• Mentor associates on the team and advise clients
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance carrier partners
