Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency's East Region is a leader in the Business Insurance and Personal Lines marketplace. This role provides Account Management services to Personal Lines accounts with a book of business valued between 800k and 1.2M in Premium Volume.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Lines of Business.
• Thorough understanding of Personal Lines underwriting and coverages.
• Minimum two years' experience in similar position or in Customer Service in Personal Lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide Account Management services to Personal Lines accounts.
• Market new business and renewals; prepare and present proposals to clients/prospects.
• Handle endorsements, billing, processing requests, and document system per agency standards.
• Assist in the maintenance of agency management system and file organization.
• Support claims department with coverage information and client inquiries.
