Job summary

Momentous Insurance, A Marsh McLennan Agency is hiring a Senior Account Manager for the Personal Lines team in California. The role focuses on servicing clients, cross-selling within the book, and coordinating with Account Executives on strategic issues.

The SAM will handle endorsements, renewals, proposals, and policy binding, ensuring SOPs are followed and customer service is top-notch.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred (high school diploma is required).
• Current California Department of Insurance License.
• 2-4 years of experience.
• Proficient MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience utilizing carrier websites to market and rate new and/or renewal business such as Safeco, Allied, Travelers, Chartis, ACE, Chubb, Fireman's Fund.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality service to customers and cross-sell within the existing book.
• Serve as day-to-day liaison between the insurance company and designated accounts.
• Prepare proposals, applications, and bind policies with AE/Producer support.
• Maintain SOPs and adhere to E&O guidelines.
