Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our Client Service Center. This role manages a book of personal insurance clients, focusing on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling.

You will build strong client relationships, manage policy servicing, and support coverage strategy and solutions while collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and systems.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with other team members.

Responsabilités

• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
