Job summary

Frost Insurance Agency is hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager in Texas to market, service, and support Producers and Account Executives. You will analyze quotes, review policies, and handle policy service while expanding assigned accounts.

The role requires at least 2 years in personal lines or related credentials; strong organizational and communication skills; and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Join a team with Frost’s 150-year legacy in banking, investment, and insurance services.

Qualifications

• License: Texas General Lines Agent (Property & Casualty) or attainment within 90 days
• 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance; or Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years insurance experience; or CISR/TIIA designation in Personal Lines
• Ability to retain a Book of Business between $150,000 and $250,000
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Producer in identifying account-rounding and coverage enhancement opportunities
• Analyze carrier quotes and coverages to determine best options for the client
• Review new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating and coverage
• Provide policy service including changes, payments, claims and third-party communications
• Assist in presenting FIA products to new and existing customers by collaborating in renewal strategies and preparing proposals
• Respond to requests to research coverage issues, policy problems, cancellation issues, reinstatement issues, billing problems, claims history and underwriting issues
• Maintain knowledge of company underwriting and rating information; follow procedures to maintain electronic files
• Take action with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
