Qualifications

• Texas General Lines Agents (Property & Casualty) license or obtain within 90 days.
• 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Ability to manage a book of business >$250,000.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Personal Lines service staff on complex accounts.
• Serve as technical expert for products and services in personal lines.
• Analyze client profiles and carrier quotes for best options.
• Ensure accurate entry in agency management system and billing docs.
• Provide policy service including changes, payments, and claims.
• Document all activities and communications in the system.
• Present FIA products and renewals, prepare proposals.
• Perform exposure analysis to minimize client risk.
• Stay current with underwriting guidelines and rating info.
