Job summary

Frost Bank, through its Frost Insurance Agency, seeks a Commercial Account Manager to market, service, and support Producers and Account Executives in Texas. You will manage accounts, analyze quotes, and handle policy changes, renewals, and documentation with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

You will build on your licenses and experience to retain a book of business, collaborate on renewal strategies, and maintain strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Texas General Lines Agent License (P&C) or dedication to obtain within 90 days.
• 2+ years in commercial insurance or a Bachelor’s with 1 year insurance experience; CISR/TIIA acceptable.
• Ability to retain a book of business between $450k and $650k.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Producer in identifying coverage opportunities and account growth.
• Analyze carrier quotes and coverages to select the best client options.
• Review new and renewal policies for accurate rating and coverage.
• Provide policy service including changes, payments, and claims.
• Support renewal strategies and proposals to present FIA products.
• Research coverage issues, billing problems, and underwriting concerns as needed.
• Collect risk and underwriting data such as census and loss history.
• Maintain up-to-date underwriting and rating knowledge; keep electronic files in order.
• Act with integrity, care, and excellence to achieve win-win outcomes.
