Frost Insurance Agency in Texas seeks a Senior Personal Lines Account Manager to lead a large, complex book of Personal Lines business. You will guide service staff, provide technical underwriting guidance, and ensure accurate policy administration and billing.

The role emphasizes client-focused renewal strategies and collaboration with carriers. Ideal candidates bring a Texas Property & Casualty license (or within 90 days), 3+ years in personal lines, strong communication, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Texas General Lines Agents (Property & Casualty) license, or attainment within 90 days
• 3+ years of experience in the personal lines insurance field
• Ability to retain a Book of Business in excess of $250,000
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Insurance designations such as CISR/ACSR/CIC/CRM are a plus

Responsabilités

• Train and develop Personal Lines staff on complex account service requirements
• Serve as technical expert for agency management, production and service staff
• Analyze complex client policy profiles for coverage opportunities
• Compare carrier quotes and coverages to select best options
• Review policies for accurate rating and coverage; ensure proper entry in management system
• Provide policy service including changes, payments, claims, and communications
• Present FIA products to clients and develop renewal strategies with proposals
• Maintain knowledge of underwriting and rating information; manage electronic files
• Respond to coverage questions, policy problems, billing and underwriting issues
• Act with integrity, caring and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
