The role requires a Texas General Lines Agent License (P&C), strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will support Producers and Account Executives while upholding integrity and client service.

Qualifications

• Ability to review policies and changes for accuracy and completeness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive in coordinating with Account Managers and Producers.

Responsibilities

• Review all policies and policy changes for accuracy and completeness.
• Request and process policy alterations with carriers per client requests.
• Invoice and deliver policy documents to clients for record-keeping.
• Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage.
• Follow up on billing notices to minimize risk of defaults.
• Assist in renewal summaries and applications for Producers.
