Frost Bank's Frost Insurance Agency is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager in Texas to market, service, and support Producers and Account Executives. You’ll expand accounts, analyze quotes, review policies, and handle policy changes and renewals.

Ideal candidates have a TX General Lines Agent license or progress toward it, 2+ years in personal lines, and strong communication skills. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Texas General Lines Agent license or attainment within 90 days.
• 2+ years in personal lines insurance or Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year experience.
• Ability to manage a Book of Business between $150,000 and $250,000.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Producers in identifying account-rounding and coverage opportunities.
• Analyze carrier quotes and coverages to select best options for clients.
• Review new/renewal policies for rating and coverage accuracy.
• Provide policy service including changes, payments, claims and third-party communications.
• Support renewal strategies and prepare proposals for FIA products.
• Research coverage issues, policy problems, cancellation and underwriting issues.
