Frost Bank Insurance Agency in Texas is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Representative who will review policies, process changes, and issue documents for clients. You will support Account Managers and Producers, helping build lasting relationships through accurate administration and proactive communication.

You will need a Texas General Lines Agent License (P&C) or obtain it within 90 days, strong written and verbal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office to manage renewals,

Qualifications

• Texas General Lines Agent License: Property and Casualty (P&C) or attainment within 90 days.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review all policies and policy changes from carriers for accuracy and completeness; request corrections as needed.
• Request and process policy alterations with carriers to fulfill client change requests.
• Invoice and deliver policy documents to clients to ensure thorough record-keeping.
• Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage as requested by customers.
• Follow up on billing notices and non-payments to minimize risk of defaults.
• Work with Account Managers to issue renewal summaries and applications for Producers.
• Assist in account remarketing by ordering Loss Runs to assess claim activity.
