Job summary

The Hilb Group, LLC is hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our Peterborough, NH office. This in-office role requires hands-on client servicing, policy support, and active collaboration with carriers to optimize coverage and pricing for clients.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in customer service or sales within the property & casualty space, strong communication, and the ability to manage a busy book of business with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree required.
• 3+ years of customer service or sales experience in the P&C insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to identify client needs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage an assigned book of business as primary client relationship manager.
• Handle inquiries on coverages, policy changes, billing, endorsements and paperwork.
• Serve as liaison between customers and carriers to maintain mutu ally beneficial relationships.
• Manage renewal/expiration lists and negotiate renewal pricing when appropriate.
