Job summary

South Piedmont Community College in North Carolina is seeking a Personal Interest Assistant under Federal Work Study to support Career & Workforce Development. The position is located at the Tyson Family Center for Technology in Monroe and involves organizing materials, coordinating outreach, and assisting with workshops and community classes.

You will help recruit instructors, market events, conduct basic research on community learning trends, and serve as a point of contact for general program

Job Description

This position works under the direction of the Personal Interest Coordinator in Career & Workforce Development. This position will be located at the Tyson Family Center for Technology in Monroe.

  • Assist with the organization, and maintenance of program/course materials

Students must have completed a current year’s FAFSA , be eligible for Federal Financial Aid, be enrolled at South Piedmont Community College, be making Satisfactory Academic Progress ( GPA of 2.000 or higher, a completion rate of 67% or higher, not to exceed the maximum timeframe of 150%) to apply.
