Job summary

Your Policy, LLC. in Williston, ND is hiring for a full-time Personal Lines Insurance Specialist. You will own a book of personal insurance clients, handling home, auto and related policies, renewals, endorsements and application assistance.

You will review renewals, discuss coverage options, and maintain detailed records. The role emphasizes customer service, policy accuracy, and proactive communication in a West Region team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Active property and casualty licensing required (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Knowledge of personal insurance products (home, auto, renters, umbrella).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Service an assigned book of personal lines accounts (auto, home, umbrella).
• Review renewals and re-market accounts when needed.
• Answer client calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Work with carriers on underwriting, billing, cancellations, or reinstatements.
• Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities.
