Job summary

Choice Insurance, a Vizance Company, is seeking a Client Account Executive - Personal Lines to meet marketing, sales, service, and quality standards. This on-site role in Fargo, ND handles a primary client contact after the Insurance Advisor handoff, focusing on building relationships with prompt, knowledgeable service.

You will manage an assigned book, review coverages, process renewals and changes, provide solutions, and support referrals to Life Benefits and Commercial Lines.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree or 6 years related experience.
• Current Property & Casualty and/or Life and Health licensing.
• Insurance designations such as CISR, CIC, CPCU preferred.
• Ability to lead multiple functional areas.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Pre-qualifies prospects and prepares quotes for new accounts.
• Manages an assigned book of business with renewals and coverage changes.
• Explains coverages, keeps clients informed on policy changes.
• Coordinates with Insurance Advisor and departments for referrals.
• Schedules visits and maintains accurate client records.
