Job summary

World Insurance Associates LLC in Fargo, ND, is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Support Associate to assist Client Managers by following established workflows. You will work with EPIC to manage account details, renewals, endorsements, and client communications.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in Personal Property and Casualty, a willingness to learn coverage fundamentals, and strong MS Office skills. A Property & Casualty license or plan to obtain it within a specified time frame is expected.

Qualifications

0-2 years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty.
Able to learn coverage fundamentals.
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Follow established activities and processes to derive solutions.

Responsibilities

Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices.
Leverage templates and system generated letters to produce standard client communications.
Create activities in EPIC and assign to team members.
May pull items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE, etc.
Generate and send renewal proofs, if requested.
Check policy against workflow and complete checklist.
Document maintenance/retrieval; other duties as applicable.
