Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in medical liens, personal injury coordination, medical billing, or legal administrative support.
• Strong coordination and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personal injury referrals from intake through settlement closure.
• Obtain attorney confirmations and completed lien agreements before treatment.
• Request and track policy limits, liability status, and UM/UIM information.
• Manage appointment confirmations, reschedules, and no-show workflows.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication and records.
• Support workflow tracking, reporting, and audits.
