Qualifikationen

• Strong communication with patients and professionals.

• Experience with electronic records and scheduling systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate lien cases from referral through treatment and resolution.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Prepare and track lien agreements, intake paperwork, and medical records requests.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care with patients.
• Communicate case updates to patients and attorney offices.
• Ensure documentation is accurate across clinical, front desk, and billing teams.
• Track lien accounts and coordinate with billing and offices on status and payment.
• Develop relationships with local attorney offices to generate referrals.
• Identify workflow improvements to patient experience and referrals.
