You will compile and reconcile medical bills, costs, and settlements, and generate detailed spreadsheets showing fees and net recoveries.

Qualifications

• Prior lien negotiation experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and case management systems.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate reductions on medical liens with providers and payers.
• Review case files to verify all liens and expenses.
• Prepare accurate client disbursement statements.
• Compile and reconcile medical bills, legal costs, and settlements.
• Create detailed disbursement spreadsheets for fees and net recovery.
• Coordinate and process payments to providers and lienholders.
• Communicate with providers, clients, and team members to resolve discrepancies.
