West Coast Trial Lawyers in Las Vegas seeks a Lien Negotiator to maximize client recoveries by independently negotiating and resolving medical liens on settled personal injury cases. You will work closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure timely case resolution.

The role requires hands-on lien negotiation experience in a plaintiff PI firm, with strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills for a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of direct lien negotiation experience within a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Proven ability to independently negotiate medical liens from start to finish.
• Experience negotiating with hospitals, providers, insurers, Medicare, Medi-Cal and ERISA plans.

Responsibilities

• Independently negotiate and resolve medical liens on settled personal injury cases.
• Communicate with hospitals, providers, insurers, Medicare, Medi‑Cal, ERISA plans, and other lienholders.
• Review settlement statements and lien balances to identify reductions opportunities.
• Obtain, review, and reconcile final lien balances before settlement disbursement.
• Maintain accurate lien documentation and settlement records.
• Ensure timely follow-up with lienholders and coordinate with the case team.
