TORKLAW seeks a motivated bilingual legal assistant to support personal injury cases through the pre-litigation process. You will open files, report claims to insurers, and draft letters while coordinating with providers and adjusters to keep cases moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate is Spanish-fluent, has 1+ year in a similar role or equivalent education, and demonstrates strong organization and communication in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with attorneys, case managers, and team members.

PAY: $47K + DOE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to help support personal injury cases throughout the pre-litigation process. In this role, you'll work closely with a collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional client service and meaningful support to those we serve.

What You'll Do

• Opening and setting up new client files
