Job summary

TORKLAW is seeking a Bilingual Case Coordinator in Irvine to manage pre-litigation personal injury cases, coordinate medical records, and communicate with clients, attorneys, and providers. You’ll help move cases from inception to settlement, ensuring accurate files and timely follow-ups.

The role emphasizes organization, teamwork, and client-centered service, with a supportive team and growth opportunities. English and Spanish bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury.
• Proficient with standard office and productivity software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Professional, client-focused demeanor.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files, records, and documentation.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other involved parties.
• Assist with drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence.
• Gather and organize medical records, bills, evidence, and other case-related materials.
• Coordinate medical treatment and assist clients through the claims process.
• Handle property damage claims and assist with lien negotiations.
• Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to move cases toward resolution.
• Provide compassionate, professional client service during sensitive situations.

PAY: $60K + DOE

What You’ll Do
