TORKLAW is seeking a bilingual Case Coordinator to support plaintiff personal injury matters in Las Vegas. The role emphasizes moving cases from inception to settlement, maintaining meticulous files, and coordinating medical records and client communications.

The ideal candidate handles multiple tasks with ease, collaborates with attorneys and staff, and provides compassionate, professional service to clients throughout the claims process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury
• Proficient with standard office and productivity software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
• Prior litigation experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement
• Maintain organized and accurate case files, records, and documentation
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other involved parties
• Assist with drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Gather and organize medical records, bills, evidence, and other case-related materials
• Coordinate medical treatment and assist clients throughout the claims process
• Handle property damage claims and assist with lien negotiations
• Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to move cases toward resolution
• Provide compassionate and professional client service in sensitive situations

PAY: $60K + DOE

What You’ll Do

As a Case Coordinator, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work collaboratively with attorneys, and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution
• Provide compassionate and professional client service while managing sensitive situations with care and professionalism

What We’re Looking For
