The role oversees cases from initial client contact through investigation, negotiation, and settlement, requiring strong communication with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

The ideal candidate has personal injury experience, handles a 60+ caseload, and can work independently or with a team.

Qualificações

• Experience or exposure to personal injury work.
• Ability to handle bodily injury cases from start to finish.
• Average caseload 60+ and about 10-15 demands a month.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of professional experience working with clients in a human services capacity preferred.
• Experience working with clients who have experienced trauma.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral processes.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, NOT required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury/bodily injury cases from start to finish.
• Investigate and analyze cases to determine the appropriate course of legal action.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, opposing counsel, and other involved parties.
• Monitor clients’ medical treatment and maintain case documentation.
• Locate and interview witnesses; review police reports and medical records; conduct research as needed.
• Draft and send demand packages.
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial by organizing evidence, developing arguments, and drafting pleadings.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and represent clients in court when necessary.
• Keep clients informed of case status and ensure they understand and approve actions taken on their behalf.
• Supervise support staff and delegate tasks as needed.
• Handle administrative responsibilities, including file management.
• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and applicable state and federal laws.
• Stay current on developments in personal injury law.

Position Overview

Our client is a well-established personal injury law firm with 30+ years of experience and an excellent reputation. The Personal Injury Case Manager will manage a caseload of bodily injury cases from initial client contact through investigation, negotiation, and settlement.
