Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload from intake through resolution, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and timely updates.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to prepare cases for settlement, mediation, or trial, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate the collection and organization of medical records and other essential documents, maintaining meticulous records for each case.
• Communicate empathetically with clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout the legal process.

• Utilize modern technology to streamline case‑management processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications
