You’ll manage documents, police reports, insurance communications, and deposition calendars, ensuring timely follow-up and high client satisfaction in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience.
• Draughting demands, complaints, and discovery responses.
• Calendar and notice depositions, and litigation timelines.
• Communicate with clients professionally and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Make introductory calls to new clients and create case summaries.
• Obtain police reports and health insurance information; manage files.
• Set up treatments and coordinate with medical providers.
• Draft Letters of Representation and connect clients with paralegals/attorneys.
• Maintain Filevine and Dropbox organization; ensure timely follow-ups.
