Job summary

Shegerian & Associates in San Diego is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to guide injured clients through intake to settlement, keeping cases organized and moving. You'll monitor treatment, manage records and insurance, and ensure attorneys stay aligned while maintaining exceptional client support.

The role requires at least 1 year of PI case management experience, strong communication, and a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in personal injury case management.
• Fluent in Spanish preferred.
• Customer service mindset; empathetic and patient.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time management; multitasking ability.
• Ability to coordinate with medical providers and insurance adjusters.
• Flexible for extended hours to meet litigation deadlines.
• On-site, full-time role with 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. hours (+ overtime as needed).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and guide them through the case.
• Coordinate medical treatment, records, and insurance processes.
• Track deadlines, settlements, and related fees and liens.
• Facilitate communication between attorneys and clients.
• Schedule depositions, IME/DME, mediations, and hearings.
