You will manage cases from intake to resolution, document thoroughly, and communicate with clients, medical providers, insurers, and opposing counsel to move settlements or trial preparations. The ideal candidate has 2–10+ years in personal injury law, strong research skills, and experience with PCLaw, iManage, LexisNexis, and Westlaw.

Qualifications

• 2–10+ years of personal injury law firm case management experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience with case management software and billing systems.
• Excellent client communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
• Gather and review medical records, accident reports, and documentation.
• Maintain detailed files using PCLaw and iManage with confidentiality.
• Communicate updates to clients and coordinate with medical providers, insurers, and opposing counsel.
• Assist with settlement negotiations or trial preparations.
• Perform legal research on procedural law and civil litigation.
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, settlement agreements, and reports.
• Manage filing deadlines and court appearances.
• Utilize LexisNexis and Westlaw for case law.
• Support billing processes and timekeeping.
