Job summary

Shegerian- in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Personal Injury Case Manager to guide injured clients through a stressful process, keeping cases organized and moving toward settlement with compassionate, proactive support.

You will coordinate medical treatment, manage records and insurance, track deadlines, and maintain open communication among clients, attorneys, and providers to ensure timely progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in personal injury case management.
• Fluent or conversational Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for injury clients from intake through settlement.
• Coordinate medical treatment, records, and insurance coordination.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely progression of cases.
• Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys and providers.
• Manage scheduling, reassignment, and coverage to keep cases moving.
