Job summary

Shegerian- seeks a detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to guide injured clients from intake through settlement. You will serve as a steady, empathetic point of contact, coordinate medical treatment and records, and keep attorneys aligned while deadlines stay on track.

You will manage communications, track insurance and liens, and help assemble demand packages. A strong customer service mindset and at least one year in PI case management are preferred; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in personal injury case management (preferred).
• Fluent in Spanish (preferred).
• Genuine customer service mindset with empathy and patience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, reassuring contact for clients through intake to settlement.
• Track deadlines, coordinate treatment and records, and manage insurance and repairs.
• Keep attorneys aligned and ensure cases move forward without delays.
• Coordinate scheduling & coverage for hearings, depositions, and evaluations.
• Provide proactive outreach to clients to monitor recovery and treatment progress.
• Maintain case blueprints and management trackers with status updates.
