Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant – Houston, TX Client-Focused | Personal Injury | Case Management Support A growing Houston-based personal injury law firm is seeking a highly organized and compassionate Case Manager Assistant to support the case management team in handling client files from initial intake through resolution. This is a highly client-focused role that touches nearly every aspect of a personal injury case. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with new client intake, gathering necessary information and establishing new case files
• File and manage insurance claims from the beginning of representation
• Assist with property damage claims, including coordinating vehicle repairs, rental cars, and total-loss claims
• Request, obtain, and follow up on medical records and bills from healthcare providers
• Assist Case Managers and Attorneys with day-to-day case-related administrative and legal tasks
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing responsive, professional, and compassionate customer service
• Proactively communicate with clients and keep them informed about the status and progress of their cases
• Follow up with insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties as needed
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date client files and case records
• Track outstanding items, follow-ups, and deadlines to help keep cases moving forward
• Assist with additional administrative and case-management responsibilities as needed

Qualifications
