Qualifications

• Experience in a personal injury law firm, insurance, legal support, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new client intake, gathering necessary information and establishing new case files.
• File and manage insurance claims from the beginning of representation.
• Assist with property damage claims, including coordinating vehicle repairs, rental cars, and total-loss claims.
• Request, obtain, and follow up on medical records and bills from healthcare providers.
• Assist Case Managers and Attorneys with day-to-day case-related administrative and legal tasks.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing responsive, professional, and compassionate customer service.
• Proactively communicate with clients and keep them informed about the status and progress of their cases.
• Follow up with insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties as needed.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date client files and case records.
• Track outstanding items, follow-ups, and deadlines to help keep cases moving forward.
• Assist with additional administrative and case-management responsibilities as needed.
