Qualifications

• Ability to independently handle up to 75 pre-litigation files.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong tech skills.
• Fluency in Spanish (reading/writing).

Key Responsibilities

• Case Management: Handle all aspects of personal injury claims from initial intake through demand preparation.
• Client Engagement: Conduct initial client contact, maintain ongoing communication, and deliver high-quality client care.
• Medical Coordination: Request medical records/bills and schedule client medical appointments.
• Property Damage: Investigate and resolve Property Damage (PD) and loss of use claims.
• Claims & Liens: Report claims to insurance carriers and manage lien resolution.
• Demand Preparation: Audit and organize files to prepare thorough pre-litigation demand packages.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of Case Management experience in Personal Injury law.
• Complex Claims: Prior experience handling claims involving catastrophic injuries.
• Case Load Capacity: Proven ability to independently handle a caseload of up to 75 pre-litigation cases.
• Tech Proficiency: Computer-literate and proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Spanish Fluency: Reading and writing.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Software: Experience with Filevine (or similar legal case management software).
• Languages: Bilingual (Spanish / English) is required.
• Operations: Comfortable working in a 100% paperless environment.
• Soft Skills: Strong vocabulary, grammar, writing skills, and fast typing speed.

3+ years of PI Case Management experience (including catastrophic injury claims)
