Job summary

Boogieteam in the United States is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to support a U.S.-based legal client. You will independently manage cases through pre-litigation, from intake through demand, coordinating with clients, medical providers, and attorneys.

You should be organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with English- and Spanish-speaking clients, with hands-on experience handling multiple active cases and using legal case management software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on Personal Injury Case Management experience, pre-litigation.
• Proven experience independently managing and owning personal injury cases.
• Fluent or professional-level English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of the personal injury case lifecycle from intake through demand.
• Experience managing multiple active cases without constant supervision.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Experience using legal case management software or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a full caseload of personal injury cases from intake through demand
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide case updates in English and Spanish
• Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, insurance documents, and other case materials
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, attorneys, and other parties involved in each case
• Prepare demand packages and ensure supporting documentation is complete and accurate
• Proactively follow up on outstanding records, treatment updates, insurance matters, and case requirements
• Maintain accurate case records, deadlines, notes, and status updates in the case management system
