Job summary

Australia-Employment in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to manage a busy PI caseload from inception through resolution. Required: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, active NC license, and at least 2 years of PI trial/mediation experience; excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

On-site role with strong bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina.
• Proven experience in handling depositions, trials, and mediations.
• Extensive knowledge of personal injury law including catastrophic injury and wrongful death.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
