Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.
• 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Trial Attorney.
• Experience with the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
• Demonstrated proficiency in preparing and presenting cases for trial.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Must possess strong analytical abilities to handle complex legal issues.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide an exceptional level of client service.
• Proven track record of success in personal injury cases, including a high rate of favorable settlements and verdicts.
