Job summary

Corient in Seattle is seeking an Associate, Personal CFO to handle daily bookkeeping, vendor management, and client recordkeeping in a fast-paced family-office setting. You will process invoices, manage 1099s, record journal entries, and perform bank and brokerage reconciliations, supporting timely financial reporting with meticulous attention to detail.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting with 2+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience focusing on A/P, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Preferred experience with Sage Intacct or QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping functions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Vendor maintenance and W-9/NDA processing for new vendors.
• Record vendor invoices, process 1099s, and post journal entries.
• Reconcile bank, brokerage, and credit card statements.
• Maintain client files and respond to client requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and assist with reporting.
