Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years relevant accounting experience.
  • Experience with financial reporting is highly desired.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and tax/cash basis accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, AgilLink, and Microsoft Office programs is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with payroll processing and taxation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage personal accounts and financial records for clients.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, account statements, invoices, and vouchers for accuracy.
  • Monitor client cash balances to ensure sufficiency for accounts payable.
  • Reconcile general ledgers, bank statements, and investment accounts.
  • Coordinate with accounts payable specialists to process payments and track approvals.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow reports and assist with client payroll processing and reporting.
  • Support tax reporting, including the preparation of 1099s and W-2s.
  • Assist with special projects, such as audits or detailed client information requests.
  • Maintain and update client files with accurate financial and transactional records.
