Job summary

Corient is seeking an Associate, Personal CFO in Atlanta to support daily bookkeeping for high-net-worth clients. You will manage vendor relations and forms, post AP invoices, and handle journal entries for client cash flows and asset activities.

The role requires accuracy, strong Excel skills, and experience with Sage Intacct or similar systems, with onsite work four days a week and close client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• 2+ years’ accounting experience focusing on A/P, journal entries, bank reconciliations and data entry.
• Strong proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and v-lookups.
• Experience with Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping functions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Vendor maintenance and management of W-9 and NDA forms; vendor communications.
• Record vendor invoices in AP module (Intacct or Bill.com) and submit for review.
• Process Form 1099s annually where applicable.
• Record journal entries for cash transfers, payroll, accruals, asset purchases, and capital improvements.
• Reconcile bank, brokerage, and credit card statements; feed transactions into accounting systems.
• Maintain client files/records; respond promptly to client requests; prepare ad hoc reports.
