This office-based role requires strong organizational skills and effective communication, with opportunities to participate in a rotating on-call schedule and on-call compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Kansas Driver's License is required.
• Prior scheduling/administrative experience in healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain daily and weekly schedules for Personal Care clients and caregivers.
• Match qualified caregivers with client needs, preferences, availability, and service requirements.
• Fill open shifts and arrange coverage when caregivers call off or schedules change.
• Communicate schedule changes promptly with clients, caregivers, and the office team.
• Monitor upcoming schedules to identify potential coverage issues before they occur.
• Maintain accurate scheduling information in the scheduling system.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule with additional on-call compensation.
• Respond professionally to calls, texts, and other communications from caregivers and clients.
• Assist with new client starts by coordinating initial caregiver assignments and schedules.
• Work with the Personal Care team to meet client needs and hours.
