Interim HealthCare - Topeka KS is seeking a dependable Personal Care Scheduler to join our office team in Topeka, Kansas. You will coordinate caregiver schedules, fill open shifts, and ensure reliable care for Personal Care clients.

The role emphasizes strong organization, problem-solving, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment. On-call participation is included with compensation, and a benefits package supports your wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous scheduling, staffing, administrative, or healthcare experience is preferred.
• Experience coordinating employees or field staff is helpful.
• Experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and maintain daily and weekly schedules for Personal Care clients and caregivers.
• Match caregivers to client needs, preferences, and availability.
• Fill open shifts and provide coverage when needed.
• Communicate schedule changes promptly with clients, caregivers, and the office team.
• Monitor schedules to identify potential coverage issues in advance.
• Maintain accurate scheduling data in the scheduling system.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule with additional on-call compensation.
• Respond professionally to calls, texts, and other communications.
• Assist with new client starts by coordinating initial caregiver assignments.
• Work with the team to meet client needs and hours.
