• Utilizing safety precautions and infection control procedures.
• Performing secondary duties like laundry, cleaning, grocery shopping, and meal prep, while maintaining a safe environment.
• Monitoring client condition and reporting any changes or concerns to supervisors.
• Respecting client privacy, confidentiality, and rights, and providing care within scope and guidelines.
• Assisting with self-administered medications (not direct administration) and ensuring client safety at all times.
• Reporting suspected abuse, neglect, or unsafe conditions immediately.
