Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services provides in-home personal care, with the Home Care Manager overseeing a team of aides who follow care plans and complete daily tasks electronically.

The role includes assisting with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals (including special diets), and ensuring safety using proper equipment. You will support medication self-administration, report changes promptly, and uphold confidentiality and quality of care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred; ability to read/write.
• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience validated through references.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication, attention to safety, and adherence to care plans.

• Reporting suspected abuse, neglect, or environmental hazards immediately.
