Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

• Korean language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all customers, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Process teller transactions and assist customers with account openings, updates, and closings.
• Cross-sell or upsell banking products and services to deepen relationships and meet sales goals.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
