Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and face-to-face customer service experience.
• 3+ years sales and face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
• Prior financial industry experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• NMLS preferred and Notary preferred.
• Proficient with multiple software applications and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with opening accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
• Cross-sell Citadel products and services to meet customers' financial needs.
• Process transactions accurately and securely, including cash handling.
• Build relationships with customers and partners to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Citadel policies.
