Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and face-to-face customer service experience.
• 3+ years sales and face-to-face customer service experience. Preferred
• Prior financial industry experience. Preferred
• NMLS. Preferred
• Notary. Preferred
• PC literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
• Ability to achieve sales goals through outstanding service.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate courtesy and efficiency with customers, exceeding expectations.
• Promote or sell Citadel products and services to meet sales goals.
• Accurately perform financial transactions with cash handling.
• Offer consultative services to help meet customers' financial goals.
• Serve customers across multiple channels including in-person and calls.
• Develop relationships with business partners to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
• Handle confidential member information securely.
• Ability to work Saturdays and perform other duties as assigned.
