Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and face-to-face customer service experience.
• 3+ years sales and face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
• Prior financial industry experience preferred.
• Notary and NMLS are preferred credentials.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate courtesy and efficiency while serving customers.
• Promote Citadel products and services to meet sales goals.
• Perform financial transactions with accuracy, including cash handling.
• Offer consultative services to help customers meet financial goals.
• Engage with customers across in-person, outbound calls, and events.
• Develop relationships with business partners to maximize sales.
