Qualifications

2+ years of sales and face-to-face customer service experience.
3+ years sales and face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
Notary and NMLS experience preferred.
Ability to navigate multiple software applications and maintain confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate courtesy and efficiency with customers while meeting sales goals.
Promote Citadel products and services to meet customers' financial needs.
Perform financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
Cross-sell credit cards, investments, insurance, and IRAs.
