Job summary

Citadel Credit Union in Parkesburg, PA is seeking a customer-facing associate to determine account needs and drive sales. You will handle routine and complex transactions, open accounts, process deposits/loans, and cross-sell products such as credit cards, investments, insurance, and IRAs.

In this role you will deliver Citadel's Class Service, maintain confidentiality, meet sales targets, and collaborate with partners across departments to grow member relationships while upholding regulatory

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and face-to-face customer service experience.
• 3+ years sales and face-to-face customer service experience. Preferred
• Prior financial industry experience. Preferred
• NMLS. Preferred
• Notary. Preferred
• Knowledgeable of Citadel Credit Union products such as Mortgages, Auto Loans, Home Equity
• Ability to navigate multiple software applications
• Ability to achieve sales goals through outstanding service
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to develop business organically with a strong customer service background
• Self-Motivator who holds themselves accountable for achieving goal
• Strong technical skills and ability to work with multiple systems such as CEB machines

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate courtesy and efficiency with customers, exceeding expectations and applying Citadel’s Service Principles.
• Recognize opportunities to promote Citadel products to meet sales goals.
• Accurately perform customers’ financial transactions including cash handling.
• Offer guided, consultative services to help customers meet financial goals.
• Meet customers’ needs via In-Person, Outbound Calls, Inbound Call Center, and Community Events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Citadel policies, state and federal laws, and security requirements.
• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain confidentiality of member information.
