Job summary

Citadel Federal Credit Union is seeking a branch-based Customer Service/Sales Associate to assist members with routine and complex financial transactions, open accounts, process deposits and loans, and cross-sell products across a Western Division network including Parkesburg, Phoenixville, and others.

You will drive sales through excellent service, build relationships, comply with regulatory requirements, and participate in community events and campaigns to meet monthly and quarterly goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales and face-to-face customer service experience.
• 3+ years sales and face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
• Prior financial industry experience preferred.
• Notary and NMLS preferred.
• PC literacy; ability to navigate multiple software applications.
• Ability to achieve sales goals through outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate courtesy and efficiency with customers while exceeding expectations.
• Promote or sell Citadel's products and services to meet sales goals.
• Accurately perform financial transactions with cash handling.
• Offer guided services to meet customers' financial goals.
• Serve customers through in-person, outbound calls, inbound calls, and events.
• Develop relationships with business partners to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain operational compliance and security policies.
